1896 Watercolor Landscape

A beautifully painted watercolor landscape with great attention to detail. Signed lower left “Clarke Miller, 1896” (and possibly “Sierra Blanc”, although it’s difficult to make out exactly.) Frame is painted white wood with blue details and has a nice patina, although it appears to be newer than the painting itself,
