In his early 20’s in the coastal city of Lomé, he would ride his motorcycle and watch the sky. The colors of the setting sun captured him and drew forward the pieces that have since brought his work into galleries around the globe. Olympio has since moved to the United States and now finds inspiration in Southern California.
